On August 13th, 2015 ...Doctors said, my daughter's cancer came back! Somehow the news just melted on me. Before going to the meeting, I knelt down and prayed that whatever it would be, I was going to embrace. HATE IT!! HATE IT!! so much that I can't understand why my beautiful daughter was going to go through such an early departure in life. She has so many dreams, plans, goals, better than anyone I know.
Life is so unfair!!
I don't care right now of the pep talks around me. I don't care about anything else but HER. My baby is such a strong, courageous, vivid, smart, intelligent, funny, loving, loyal, sassy, classy, industrious, creative, innovative, spontaneous, what else can I say, in my eyes she's perfect! I'm trying not to be mad at HEAVEN!! I'm trying to go by his WILL!!! I just don't like it!!!

Yes, it was a devastating situation for us, yet we were not alone ...
When the Doctor approach her to tell her that there was nothing else that they were able to do... she said, Please! I have things to do...my brother's birthday to prepare, my brother's graduation, my sister's homecoming from her mission, please! Is there anything else you can do? I just recall seeing the doctor in tears. Holding back some and tearing away with others, I loved to see the compassion the doctor's displayed with my daughter's health.
We stayed in the hospital until later...
The counselors of the hospital wanted to make sure to help with Celeste having a wish to accomplish...
The only wish that would have been meaningful for Celeste is to have our family to be sealed for time and Eternity.
What happened during 10 days of hospitalization?
1) My daughter Catalina came back from her mission in Canada.
2) My Bishop and wife - My American Family - My Relatives Uncles-Aunts and Cousins, church youth leader and the youth...Celeste's school friends... my friends - were all part of our lives at this critical time.
3) Doctors-Bishop-Bro. Minson- Temple Workers - made it possible for us to be sealed for time and eternity in the Oakland Temple on August 21, 2015 - The joy and teaching that we receive that they will stay in our hearts forever. My daughter made her dream come true and she left so much for us to do. She's my Hero!!!
4) Family members were so nice and helpful with all of us. Especially with food for my boys when they were at home.
5) Sisters of our Church were feeding our family.
6) Doctors and Nurses were caring.
